My signature 4-part framework, Human Leadership: Robot to Human, takes you on a journey from self-discovery to leading meaningful change within your team and organization. We combine engaging exercises with thought-provoking insights, helping you peel back the layers in a structured way. With group sessions and one-on-one time with an experienced corporate executive and certified coach, you will discover who you are and the leader you aspire to be.

The journey begins with some self-discovery. Through an assessment (think beyond DISC and Meyers-Briggs) you will learn about your own interpersonal effectiveness and how to recognize the styles of others to maximize your effectiveness.

From there, we move into trusting communication, including giving and receiving feedback. At this point it's important to talk about what it takes to move from a manager to a leader. We wrap up with your new mindset as an informed leader so you start leading change within your team and organization.

This program, in full, will span across 6+ months with accountability check-ins and one-on-one coaching opportunities.
