Can you believe it? We’re already a quarter of the way through 2024! Time really does fly when you’re making changes, doesn’t it?
So far, we’ve journeyed through 13 weeks of different themes in Your Balance Sheet, and I must say, I’m incredibly proud of each and every one of you who’s taken on the challenge, whether you’ve tried some or all of the weekly themes. Give yourselves a pat on the back – seriously, well done!

Not every theme is going to click perfectly with everyone, and that’s totally okay. Life’s all about finding what works for you! If you’ve discovered some themes that resonate deeply with you, stick with them! Keep that momentum going strong!
By diving into these new themes each week, you’re not just testing the waters of change – you’re sending a powerful message to your brain that it’s okay to shake things up a bit, that change can actually be pretty darn awesome!
It’s easy to fall into the trap of routines, isn’t it? They’re cozy, familiar, like a warm blanket on a chilly day. But here’s the thing: just because something feels safe doesn’t mean it’s necessarily good for us. Our subconscious has a funny way of trying to keep us in our comfort zones, even when those zones might not be serving us in the best way. It’s wild to think about, isn’t it? Safe doesn’t always equal healthy; it just equals predictable.
The beauty of your Balance Sheet lies in its ability to help us become more aware of how we’re living our lives. Now, don’t get me wrong – not everything we do is bad. In fact, a lot of it is probably spot-on. But if we can make even the tiniest tweak here and there, who knows…it might just lead to something amazing!
I want to extend my deepest gratitude to all of you who’ve been supporting this year-long journey of potential habit changes. As we dive headfirst into Q2, let’s do it with open minds and open hearts, ready to support one another every step of the way.
Oh, and a little reminder: don’t forget to hop over to LinkedIn and Instagram to interact, share your thoughts, and learn from one another. After all, we’re in this together.
Here’s to embracing change, chasing our dreams, and living our best lives. Let’s make the rest of 2024 one heck of an adventure!
“Habit is the intersection of knowledge (what to do), skill (how to do), and desire (want to do).”
~Stephen R. Covey
